BUTTER CHURNER POWER DRIVEN 50 LPH
The churn is designed for efficient batch processing, loading up to 20 liters of cream at 40–45% fat content to produce approximately 8 kg of butter per batch.

- Capacity: 50 LTR total drum capacity.
- Batch Output: Loaded with ~20 L of cream (40-45% fat cap) yielding ~8 kg of butter per batch.
- Chilled Water: At 1.5°C (from 100 bank system).
- Pasteurized Water: At 5°C.
- Electricity Supply: 440 V, AC, 3-Phase.
- Churning Barrel & Beaters: Fabricated from AISI 304 SS. Beaters ensure uniform distribution of salt and moisture (1 Unit).
- Drive System: Reduction gearbox with 1 H.P. electric motor operating at 40 RPM.
- Drive Support: Supported on heavy-duty MS pipe legs resting on RCC floor/foundation.
- Spray Pipe: AISI 304 SS spray pipe with SS union for spraying chilled water during operation.
- Door Assembly: Leak-proof hinged SS door with dairy-grade rubber gasket, lockable in open & closed positions.
- Buttermilk Drain: 25mm diameter AISI 304 SS drain with blank union.
- Air Release Cock: Press-operable air discharge valve.
- End Flanges: Fabricated steel with pads for coupling to gearbox and bearing side.
- Interior Finish: All joints ground smooth; interior sand-blasted for butter release.
- Exterior Finish: Circle-polished aesthetic finish.
- Joint Curvature: Inside radii ≥ 6mm; cone/dished end joints to cylinder < 25mm.
- Protective Paint: All MS parts de-rusted and coated with epoxy primer plus 2 coats of epoxy paint.
- Water Fill-Up Test: Full liquid tightness test conducted at factory premises prior to dispatch.
General Note: Drive arrangement can be installed on either the Right Hand (R/H) or Left Hand (L/H) side. Written side orientation approval is required prior to assembly.
